The receptionist was nice and gave us good advice. The location was close to all the main attractions and in an authentic neighborhood. The room was generally quiet and had complimentary water bottles.
The noise was unbearable. You could hear everything from the front door to people's conversations in their rooms.

The room at Red Door Heritage Hotel was absolutely delightful! The air conditioning kept us cool in the Bangkok heat, and the free WiFi allowed us to stay connected. The view from our twin room was stunning, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The rainfall shower was a luxurious touch, and the fluffy towels and soft bed linen made us feel pampered. We loved every moment of our stay!
If I had to pick one thing that I liked less, it would be the bidet in the room. It's a personal preference, but I didn't find it necessary.
